The Blue Build process starts with an initial enquiry and questionnaire which allows our team to understand your vision, budget and project expectations. After we review this information we set up a face to face meeting to talk about your dream home requirements, specifications and how we can exceed your needs and goals.

2. Let’s set your vision in stone.

Once we have talked about your vision and understand how we can exceed your dream home expectations we can now talk about the finer details in our preliminary agreement and formalise the paperwork (this includes contracts, building permits, building pans, DA approvals, architectural documentation and design briefs).

3. Let’s make your dream a reality.

Now the fun begins! We can start building your dream home. Here we provide a detailed project timeline and you can watch your dream home become a reality in real time. This is always an exciting phase as the home starts to come to fruition.

4. Enjoy your dream home!

Your dream home has now been built and it is better than you could have imagined! We’ll give you a walk through of your new home and talk you through all the details that make it special. The final step involves final signoff and a service review.
